Multi-page new-hire and continued training site for multiple organizations created in lieu of flexible company LMS: provides all content included in instructor-led training multi-day workshops for self-learning.

Working with technical SMEs I have built training for SQL, SAP products, Alation, Tableau. MicroStrategy, and many others. I have also created domain-specific specialized trainings for various parts of the company.

Multiple trainings required complex systems to be explained - this is a light sampling of some of the more interesting illustrations used in a variety of trainings.

Multi-page site for a Leadership Development Rotational Program. Site introduces program, provides portal for the enrolled, and submission forms for applicants and Rotational Managers.

Student Manual: As the Lead Instructional Designer for Integrative Learning and Knowledge Management at the Michigan Ross School of Business, I design, iterate, and customize these 90+ page student and educator manuals.

Adobe Captivate Demo: Needed a way to show people across the country a quick but detailed demo, so I downloaded/taught myself Captivate that day and created and published this Illustrator lesson a couple of hours later. Fun!
